2. Contract Terms
A written contract must be signed to benefit from our services. Contract terms can be customized for each project.
3. Payment Terms
- Prices are determined on a project basis and notified at the proposal stage
- Payment plan is stated in the contract
- Advance payment may be required
- Interest for delay may be applied in late payments
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
In case of cancellation:
- 50% refund for cancellations 30 days before the event
- 25% refund for cancellations between 15-30 days
- No refunds are made for cancellations made less than 15 days in advance
- Force majeure will be evaluated
5. Responsibilities
Responsibilities of Erbay Organization:
- To provide the services specified in the contract professionally
- On-time delivery and installation
- Providing quality equipment and personnel
Customer's Responsibilities:
- Providing accurate and complete information
- Making payments on time
- Obtaining necessary permissions
- Providing venue access
6. Intellectual Property
All content, visuals and designs on our website belong to Erbay Organization and cannot be used without permission.
7. Privacy
Your personal data is protected under our Privacy Policy and GDPR.
8. Changes
Erbay Organization reserves the right to change the terms of use without prior notice.
9. Dispute Resolution
Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized for disputes arising from this contract.
